Paschimottanasana A (paschima=west, uttana=intense stretch)

• INHALE arms up, look at your thumbs.

• EXHALE bend forward, hold onto big toes.

• INHALE head up, straighten the spine, lift chest and look torward the 3rd eye.

• EXHALE bend forward pulling elbows out to the sides to help bring your chest to the thighs. Nose to the knees.

• LOOK at the tip of the nose.

• HOLD for 5-8 breaths.

⚫️ Modification : hands to the ankles or shins, look up, spine straight.
