Virabhadrasana B (vira=hero)

• INHALE keep the trunk straight, open hips and arms to the sides. A feeling you are pulled from four directions. Bend the left knee, tuck pelvis, lift chest. Look over the middle finger of the left hand. Press back heel and outside of the foot into the floor.

• LOOK tip of the middle finger.

• HOLD for 5-8 breaths.

• INHALE come up, straighten the legs. Bend right knee and repeat to the other side.

• HOLD for 5-8 breaths.

• INHALE raise your arms up to Virabhadrasana A, facing front look at your thumbs.

• EXHALE hands to the floor and jump back to Chaturanga.

• INHALE upward facing dog.

• EXHALE downward dog.

⚫️ INHALE and JUMP through to sitting. Legs extended straight out.
