• EXHALE turn to the right, bend the right knee over the ankle. Bring you left elbow on the front of the bent knee and place hands in prayer. Open your chest. When you inhale create space and when you exhale stretch to move deeper lifting your belly off the thigh. If you can reach your left arm underneath the right thigh to clasp the right hands’ wrist. Twist, opening and lengthening your chest. If you don’t do the bind, try to place your left hand in front of the right foot, on the floor, and spiral your right arm over your right ear.

• LOOK at the sky.

• HOLD for 5-8 breaths.

• INHALE come up.

• EXHALE to the other side and repeat.

• INHALE come up.

• EXHALE to Samasthiti.

⚫️ Modification : back knee on the floor.
