Visualize yourself into the asana. Some of your resistance is just a conditioned mental idea that you can’t do it. Change the mental idea.
Never force it.
Focus on the breath to bring ease and fluidity.
Be patient, the slower your breath the easier the movement.
Let thoughts go by.
Feel the breath as an extension of the bandhas.
Maintain the bandhas during pranayama.
There is nowhere to get to.
Enjoy the process of building your yoga practice bringing peace into your life and those around you.
