Aerial Yoga takes your practice off the mat, suspending you in a soft, slightly stretchy fabric hammocks. You float and flow through traditional poses. It allows you to challenge your body without compressing your spine or joints. The swing supports you so that you decide the intensity of your workout. You can choose a full yoga sequence, or work on previously hard to attain poses, like inversions.
